Welcome to The Party Bee’s Traveling Tea Room where the elegant simplicity of Afternoon Tea is steeped in Southern Hospitality, prepared with love, and hand-delivered to your doorstep.
Our Traditional Afternoon Tea Menu:
We have meticulously designed the perfect three-course Afternoon Tea menu so you can treat your guests to a little elegant southern comfort at home, The Party Bee way.
The first course consists of finger sandwiches in four flavors: tarragon chicken salad, cucumber, egg salad and southern pimento cheese.
The foundation of any great tea is the scone course; and we have ours specially made just for us by Mission Muffins in Washington, D.C. A jar of Devon cream and strawberry jam accompanies the traditional God Save the Queen scones or you may opt for an assortment of our six favorite flavors of scones.
The final course includes the inimitable petit fours from Heidelburg Bakery and perfectly sized tea cookies and shortbreads from Pastries by Randolph.
About Our Tea:
The teas are sourced from Harney and Sons Master Tea Blenders. Our favorite flavor is Paris, a fruity black tea infused with lemony bergamot in the style of a Parisian tea room. You may choose from a variety of seasonal offerings like Cherry Blossom, Mothers Day Floral blend, or Chamomile Herbal. We include every accoutrement needed for hosting your tea down to the milk (never cream!), thinly sliced lemon wheels, honey and demerara sugar cubes.

Tea Party with rentals Drop-Off and pick-up
Includes:
Sandwiches, scones, petit fours and cookies as well as the tea, milk, sugar cubes, honey and lemons.
Vintage silver chest with everything needed to serve your tea: tiered stand, scone basket, cake stand, silver tea pots, creamer and sugar bowl, lemon plate and serving utensils, cups, saucers and silver spoons.
Tea towel and booklet with hostess instructions.
Pricing:
Small - $1500
Up to 12 guests, delivery and pick up included.

Medium - $2000
Up to 18 guests, delivery and pick up included.

The hostess is required to hand wash the items and package them in the containers delivered. Pick-up of the cleaned items is scheduled within one week at a mutually agreeable date and time.
Should you require a same day, timed pick-up, then you would opt for full service

Staff to set up, serve and clean up (varies depending on choice of buffet reception or formal seated tea)

Seated Tea: Small - $2200 two staff people

Additional guests for parties over 24 may be added in half dozen increments.
$300 per Half Dozen with additional staff people or rentals added at cost
